Frequently asked questions

How quickly do you usually reply? I aim to respond to messages within 24 hours, from Tuesday to Friday.​

Can we have a brief chat first, to see whether working together feels right? Yes. I offer a 15-minute introductory chat by phone or video so you can get a sense of me and ask any questions. There’s no obligation to book a full session. You can book this directly via my online booking page (opens in a new tab). 

Is my message private and confidential? I treat the information you share as private and confidential, and messages and emails are stored securely. They’re not always the best place for detailed sensitive information, so a secure email option is available on request. We can also talk more about confidentiality and its limits when we begin working together.
