What brings people
People often come when something in their life no longer feels workable. This might relate to a recent event, or to a longer pattern of anxiety, relationship tension, or feeling stuck.
You may notice yourself going over the same worries, reacting in ways that don’t make sense to you, or feeling cut off from your own needs and desires. You might be carrying questions about who you are, how you want to live, or how to make sense of loss, change, and the finiteness of life.
In our work, we pay close attention to how these concerns are affecting you day to day - in how you feel, how you relate to others, and how you treat yourself. We explore this together at a pace that feels workable for you.
Sessions are available:
- in person in Mission Beach
- online across Australia
- by phone if that suits you better.

What therapy is like with me
My work is grounded in Gestalt therapy and informed by existential psychotherapy. In simple terms, this means we pay close attention to what is happening for you in the present - in your thoughts, emotions, body, and relationships.
Rather than offering quick fixes, I aim to provide a steady, thoughtful space in which we can explore your concerns with curiosity. Over time, this can help you notice patterns more clearly, understand what you are feeling and needing, and find new ways of responding.
As awareness grows, so can your sense of choice and agency. New possibilities for relating to yourself, others, and the world can emerge, which makes change more meaningful and more likely to last.
