You may have access (through your employer) to free counselling.
For example, if you are an employee of the Queensland Department of Education or Goodstart Early Learning, you and your immediate family will be entitled to free counselling services. Medicare (Mental Health Care Plans)
Psychotherapists and counsellors are not presently recognised as 'allied health professionals' (by Medicare) when it comes to determining who can provide Medicare benefits under a mental health care plan. However, you may find that my session cost is comparable to the out-of-pocket ('gap') that you might have to pay to a clinical psychologist under a mental health care plan.
Payment
Payment on the day is preferred. All major credit cards, chip-enabled debit cards are accepted, including Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. If paying by cash, please have the correct amount as no change/cash is held on site.

You will not be penalised if you need to cancel or change your session
If you need to cancel or reschedule your session for any reason, you will not be charged. All I ask is that you call or message me as soon as you know that you are unable to make your session so that I can make the time available for another.
